Welcome to the 2017 SUROC program! We are happy to have you join us in Chapel Hill this summer from May 21-July 29, 2017.
Prior to your arrival on campus, you will need to complete the following forms:
Acceptance Form & Certification of Responsibility – this form is the acceptance form and provides the information we need to assure stipend payment. Please review the SUROC @ UNC Guidelines & Responsibilities prior to completion of the form.
Incurring Campus Charges – signature needed
